Donald Trump signs decree on the new aid package

Donald Trump has signed a decree to support financially those affected by the corona epidemic. The Democrats and Trump’s own Republican Party could not agree on a relief fund for economic victims of the coronacrisis, so Trump decided to take matters into his own hands.

The Democratic and Republican parties had recently been arguing about who and how much money needed to be made available to the economic victims of the corona crisis. Because the parties did not get out, Trump decided to come up with a plan himself and immediately sign it.

Trump’s relief fund means that unemployment benefits will continue but will be reduced from 600 to 400 dollars a week. Wage taxes are temporarily suspended for people who are below the limit of an income of $ 100,000 a year. Trump also offers Americans extra protection against eviction and students can borrow money without paying interest.

However, the Democratic candidate for the presidency of the United States, Joe Biden, is not pleased that Trump has set up its own aid fund. In front of American media, he called it “half-baked measures.” According to Biden, the Social Security plan of Trump is “in grave danger”.
